Project EnquiriesCarpet tile, broadloom or vinyl
Offices and corridors usually want carpet tiles, because a worn path or a stained tile can be lifted later. Hotels and feature rooms often want a broadloom or a custom pattern, which you can see in the gallery and on the custom carpet page. Wet back-of-house rooms want vinyl plank. We will not dress a commercial job up as a residential one, or the other way around, once we have seen the plan.
If a builder, certifier or body corporate has written a requirement, attach it to the enquiry. We answer against that document. Specifications are not invented on this website.
Questions we hear in the showroom
Can you work to a builder's specification?
Send the document with the enquiry. We will say what we can supply and fit, including carpet tile, broadloom and vinyl, or tell you if a stated rating is outside what we handle.
Who installs?
Our own team. Supply and fitting stay together, including on commercial work.
Do you do single offices as well as hotels?
Yes. A small fit-out and a multi-room hotel are both jobs we take. The gallery shows both scales.
