Southport's carpet and flooring showroom

Cross Carpets is a Southport local. Our showroom is at 4 Brolga Avenue, just off Ferry Road, and it's where Southport homeowners, investors and businesses come to see and feel flooring before they decide.

Southport has everything from Broadwater apartments and Chirn Park cottages to new townhouses and commercial buildings, so one type of floor never suits every home. That's why we keep a broad range under one roof:

• Wool carpet: our specialty, including Bremworth and Prestige ranges in loop, twist and plush constructions.
• Engineered timber and hybrid: real-wood warmth or tough, water-resistant hybrid boards for open-plan living.
• Luxury vinyl plank, carpet tiles and natural linoleum for kitchens, laundries, rentals and offices.
• Custom rugs and custom Axminster carpet, designed with you in the showroom.
• Sisal flooring, stair runners and rugs for natural texture.
• In-stock flooring held at our Molendinar warehouse, ready for fast installation for rentals, pre-sale makeovers and tight deadlines.

Drop in during the week to browse, then take samples home on loan to see them in your own light. When you're ready, we'll visit for a free in-home measure and quote the full job as one number: take-up of the old floor, underlay, flooring and installation by our own installers.

We also look after Southport businesses. We've installed commercial vinyl plank in an ANZ bank branch in Southport, and we fit out offices, body corporate buildings, healthcare and hospitality spaces with specs and compliance documents on request.

[Optional: add a recent Southport residential project with photos and a client quote with permission.]

Being local also means we're easy to reach after the job. If you have a question about caring for your new wool carpet, or want to add a matching rug or stair runner later, we're just around the corner. And when you move, we're happy to help with the next home too.

Visit the showroom Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, or on Saturday by appointment. Call (07) 5591 2777 or book your free measure and quote online.
