Yes. We book lifts and loading docks and follow the building's trade hours. Send us the by-laws and we'll plan around them.
What flooring is quietest for an apartment?
Wool carpet on quality underlay is the quietest. For hard floors, the underlay and acoustic rating matter most, and we'll check your building's requirements.
Can you refresh an apartment before sale quickly?
