A tile can be lifted when one spot wears out or stains. That is why offices use them, and why some homes should too.
Carpet tiles are carpet made as squares or planks so a damaged piece can come out without redoing the room. We supply and fit them in offices, body corporate corridors and houses, from the same Southport showroom as the residential ranges. Offices and shared buildings
Open offices, meeting rooms and lift lobbies take a beating in the same few paths. Tiles let that path be replaced later. They also let a services technician lift a section and put the floor back. If the building has asked for a particular wear, fire or acoustic figure, send the document. We will answer against that, not against a number we have made up here.
Houses and rentals
A home office, a teenager's room, or a rental where one accident should not mean a whole new floor: tiles can be the practical choice. They are not a substitute for a soft wool bedroom if that is what the room is for. We will say which job is which when we see it. Wall-to-wall wool is on the carpet page. Wet rooms still belong in vinyl plank.
What the visit is for

Questions we hear in the showroom
Are carpet tiles only for offices?
No. They are the usual floor in many offices and corridors, and they also suit a home office, a rental room, or a house where you want to replace one stained area without lifting the whole floor.
Can you match a commercial specification?
If a builder or body corporate has a written requirement, send it with the enquiry. We will say what we can supply and fit, or if we cannot. We do not invent a fire or acoustic rating on this page.
Do you fit them yourselves?
Yes. Supply and installation are our own team, the same as the residential work. The quote includes the preparation we can see, the tiles and the fitting.
