Finding that perfect flooring for your family and lifestyle can be a daunting task. Our mission is to make the process easier for you. We help you find the best solution for your needs with our best carpet buying tips. Below is a five step process for choosing your new floor and an outline on how the carpet installation process works.

Step One

1.Be inspired

Are you looking for some inspiration for your next project? Simply browse our website gallery, Instagram or Pinterest pages to see some of our latest projects.

Tip: Create a mood board at home or bring your decor items into the showroom.

Step Two

2.Visit Our Showroom

Come in store to our Southport showroom to explore our extensive range of flooring options. Allow our dedicated flooring consultants to guide you through the selection process.

Tip: Bring your plan to the showroom and tell us your style. (Hamptons, Boho, Industrial etc)

Step Three

3.Measure & Quote

Let us come to you. Book a measure and quote and we will measure your job and provide a detailed quote featuring your favourite flooring options. We provide customers with a written contract, outlining the details of the job.

Step Four

4.Schedule

Once you have confirmed your selection and placed your order, we will arrange for your carpet to be dispatched to our warehouse and schedule a day for your flooring to be installed.

Tip: Make sure to complete your painting and let it dry before installing your new carpet.

Step Five

5.Install

Once your flooring has been delivered and your furniture has been moved, it’s time to install. Let our highly experienced installers lay your new flooring. Now the exciting part, sit back and relax with your new flooring complete.

Are you in a hurry and need your carpet installed quickly? All our carpet is cut to measure and delivered to your door from our conveniently located warehouse in Molendinar. Check with your flooring consultant to see what carpet is in stock and available.
